Luke Murray and Terrence (Terry) Mcmahon were two young teenage boys at the age of 13. The two of
them had been best friends since primary school, Our lady's of Wlsingham in Corby.
Terry was a member of Brooke Weston CTC and Luke was a student at Kibworth high. Luke was a popular
boy with a passion for motorbikes and Terry loved to play rugby.
They both passed away in a road crash which occured after they spent that day out, by East Carlton
Park. The accident happened on 28th April 2007 and is dearly missed by all his close friends and
family.
The two boys were cadets, so on the day of their funeral a aeroplane, flew over the hundreds of
people paying their respect and saying their last goodbyes. The aircraft, based at RAF Cottesmore,
was provided by the Royal Air Force as a mark of respect for the best friends.
Lukes 6 month old German Sheperd, who was also in the car, was also killed in the collision.
They had a joint funeral which played heaven (candlelit remix) DJ Sammy, which was followed by a
burial next to each other at the shire cemetery.
A DISCO and the planteing of a tree may take place as a memorial
Terrence was loved especially by Liam, helen, mum and dad, kayleigh, paddy and close friends from
CTC
Luke is missed muchly by nicole, emma, kayleigh, andrew, steven, colt and close friends from
Kibworth.

i cant beliee its been a full year with out you lads.
it seems like yesturday we were all playin together on the playground in junior school, i miss them days so so much, if i could change things it would hae been me that we lost in the tragic accident. you never deserved this. ill never forget you miss you both millions. rest in peace boys. i love you x x x x

i wasn't really close to terry but when everyone heard about it in school i knew how much it really touch them because iv'e lost a reallyclose friend. my best friend was cryin like mad when everyone heardabout it in school :(.
it made me really sad when i heard about it.
got to go now honeys id love to stay but i cant.

Hi boys
I know luke as his mum is my cousin, when i was told that he had an accident and had die it was very sad all I could do was cry like everyone else, I didn't know Terrence but he had the same surname as me before I was wed. McMahon was my step dad's name and I didn't know all his family like his cousin, me and my step dad don't talk anymore so i didn't know that Terrance's dad and my step dad were cousins untill i went to the funeral, this was the worse day of my life knowing that you both boys are a part of my family I wish i got to know you Terrence, god bless you both Luke and Terrence xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
